August 1

Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn
August 2 Who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will
August 3 The Lamb is the light thereof
August 4 The people that do know their God shall be strong
August 5 We know that all things work together for good to them that love God
August 6 Watchman, what of the night?
August 7 The upright love thee
August 8 They weave the spider’s web
August 9 The city hath no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it
August 10 Christ, who is our life
August 11 Oh that I were as in months past
August 12 The Lord reigneth, let the earth rejoice
August 13 The cedars of Lebanon which he hath planted
August 14 Thou, Lord, hast made me glad through thy work
August 15 Isaac went out to meditate in the field at the eventide
August 16 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name
August 17 The mercy of God
August 18 Strangers are come into the sanctuaries of the Lord’s house
August 19 He shall stand and feed in the strength of the Lord
August 20 The sweet psalmist of Israel
August 21 He that watereth shall be watered also himself
August 22 I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if ye find my beloved, that ye tell him, that I am sick of love
August 23 The voice of weeping shall be no more heard
August 24 The breaker is come up before them
August 25 His fruit was sweet to my taste
August 26 He hath commanded his covenant for ever
August 27 How long will it be ere they believe me?
August 28 Oil for the light
August 29 Have mercy upon me, O God
August 30 Wait on the Lord
August 31 On mine arm shall they trust
