LIGHT FOR MY DWELLING

DAY TWENTY EIGHT

NEVER ALONE

READ ISAIAH 41:6-10

"Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of My righteousness" (Isaiah 41;10).

Are you floundering in deep waters? Are you afraid in the dark hours of your night season. In infinite and understanding love, God whispers, "Do not be afraid."

"Why not?"

"Because I say so," God replies. "I have promised to be with you. I am your God."

Child of the King, your weakness makes you an ideal candidate for God’s help. Do not concentrate on your weakness, but focus on God’s strength. "I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness." The weakest are strongest in Him. The poorest are richest in Him. The incompetent are lifted to greatness by divinity. The knowledge of the Holy dismisses doom and gloom. When I am weak, He is my strength. When I am helpless, He is my defense. When I stumble He is my support. Lean hard, my soul!

The weak are strong in the hand God,
The poor are rich in Him;
Never alone is the child of the King;
In His light every fear grows dim.

My Lord and Savior, I would see You with all my heart.
