A multitude of difficulties! You cannot handle them. They overwhelm you. You are about to go under. Stop! Take a deep breath. Where did you get that breath? One Source—the Maker of Heaven and earth. He is the Source of your breath. He is the answer to your problem — your last resort! Your best resort! Go to Him.
Troubles are often the tools by which God fashions us for better things.

Trust Him. He is your defense. Joy is yours! Trust is the key.
