WHAT MAKES A CHURCH?
The walls are white,
The carpet red,
But this is the place
Where souls are fed.
The floors are clean,
The halls are bright,
But this is the place
Where hearts are made right.
The service is planned,
The music arranged,
But this is the place
Where lives are changed.
The building is nice,
The structure if firm,
But the Spirit of God
Makes the fire burn.
Though man can connect
The walls and the lights,
You can’t have a church
Without the Lord Jesus Christ.
And the Lord uses people
To get the job done.
Are you willing to ask,
"Lord, could I be the one?"
